Registration

Full registration will include access to all sessions, Social event, lunches Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and a copy of Conference Proceedings. Proof of status will be required for students.

Registration Fees

  • Full Registration
  • $550.00 CAD – Early Registration (Before May 31st, 2010)
    $600.00 CAD – Late Registration (After May 31st, 2010)

  • Students (Proof of Status required)
  • $400.00 CAD – Early Registration (Before May 31st, 2010)
    $450.00 CAD – Late Registration (After May 31st, 2010)

***Note: Proof of student status is required to confirm the Student rate. Proof of student status consists of a copy of the valid student's identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar verifying the current status of the student. Please send the proof at the same time when you are sending your registration form. If proof of student status is not received at the time of registration, the student rate will not be valid and the regular registration rate will apply.

Information on Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD) or by cheque. Please note that the cheques must only be in Canadian Funds drawn on a Canadian Bank and must be payable to the «Université Laval».

Please note that:

  • Payment must accompany the Conference Registration form
  • Please make cheque or money order payable to the Université Laval
  • Cheques must be in Canadian Funds drawn on a Canadian Bank.
  • Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
  • A fee of $75.00 Canadian will be charged for cheques returned non-sufficient funds (NSF).
  • Official receipts will be provided
  • Payment cancelation and reimbursement terms and conditions:

  • An administration fee of 150 Canadian Dollars will be charged for cancellations confirmed in writing by June 3rd 2010.
  • We regret that no refund can be made after June 3rd 2010 for whatever reason.

  • VISA requirements for Visiting Canada

    Canada requires a VISA for entry from many countries. Please check with the Canadian Embassy, Consulate, VISA office or representative in your country or region regarding your visit to Canada and make appropriate arrangements.
