Aims and Scopes

T

he 7th ISVD International Symposium on Voronoi Diagrams in Science and Engineering devoted to one of the most fascinating data structures in Computational Geometry - the Voronoi diagrams and its applications, is a multidisciplinary event hosting scientists working on Voronoi Diagrams and on their applications in engineering including, geospatial information sciences (GIS), visualization, urban planning, computer science, geology, robotics, bioinformatics, high-performance computing, bioinformatics, physics, chemistry and other applications.

The symposium is intended to provide an interdisciplinary forum for leading researchers to present the latest developments and applications of the Voronoi diagrams, to discuss cutting-edge techniques, to exchange research ideas and to promote international collaboration in this field.

Topics of Intreset

Authors are invited to submit papers (up to 10 pages) describing original research works related to the following topics:

    All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the symposium. Selected papers (up to 10) will be published in a special issue of a related journal in the field.
